Michael S. Foreman

Michael S. Foreman

Richmond, Texas

Michael focuses his time and efforts on civil litigation, including personal injury litigation, business litigation and property disputes.

He views his duties as an attorney to be two-fold. First, he has a duty to be a zealous advocate and tenacious trial lawyer. Second, he has a duty to be a counselor to his clients.

As a member of the Baylor Law School National Mock Trial Team, he realized that he belonged in the courtroom. As a litigator, Michael is ready and willing to try the case to the jury. As a counselor, Michael is truthful in his analysis. If the case is not suited for trial, he will advise the client against it.

Michael grew up in Chicago, Illinois. He may have been born elsewhere, but Michael will be the first to tell you that he is “a Texan by choice.” While attending Baylor University, he fell for a Texas girl, and shortly after college married his wife Brittany. Away from the office, you can find Michael hunting, fishing, golfing, or spending time with his wife, their four dogs, and their horses.
