Representatives and clients of the Showalter Law Firm attended a number of public hearings conducted by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) on the I-69/Trans-Texas Corridor (TTC) issue.

Over and over again Texans passionately expressed their concerns and frustrations about the consideration of their private property for the I-69/TTC project. Many of these individuals have deep roots and deeply seated emotions traced to generations of ownership that may be compromised by decisions flowing out of this process.
